Where to go after graduating

I've got a question.
After getting ATPL license what company may give you a job?
Everybody needs lots of hours 500-2000 for First Officers.
But after graduating the school you'll have only 200hours of Cessna.

While the problem you mentioned exist it seems to be not so terrible. I know a few guys who just began a career in February.
Depends on ambitions as well and readiness to move to another country.
Everyone starts someday. Old captains also someday gets retired. Your task is to be prepared to take a chance, when it appears.
