Hi Russ,
  It is very simple --
1. We provide an individual program and the level of your training will conform very high level
2. CAA. We have absolutely the appropriate CAA, which to find a common language, no, you will not be able to pass the spec, but in terms of organization and training to you will go forward.
3 Probably, in Latvia is not the best situation in the world in economic terms. What does this mean for you-Increased level of service (on the level of service has grown strongly in recent times). Low prices of almost everything. Very low criminal threat.

Well, maybe one of the most important - Our prices are much lower than the Spain or France or UK Schools. in West Europe the cost of education from 0 to ATPL will cost 90k, but we would if accommodation, meals, transfers - with You will be our representative and excursions to the sea  ;) you have to spend 30K, but the level of your education will definitely not lower, and the certificate should
accepted everywhere JAA (all Europe), for example, easily converting to the Russian or the FAA certificate

I have just seen your comment on Russel's question and I also have something to ask: You spoke about an individual program for every cadet. How can I understand it? Every flight instructor knows about my aims (concerning the license)and considers them? If yes, it would be very nice.
And I would ask you also which difference are there between ATPL and CPL. I mean the financial aspect. Are there significant differences?
And have I an opportunity to make a typerating without an ATPL or a CPL. Imagine if I just had an IR (A) (Instrument Rating). Could I then just come to responsible Flight Academy and ask them for a typerating on for example an SAAB 340A?
I would be very pleased if you could answer me as quick as possible. You see, I am living in Germany and so I have to plan my flight training much time before I finish the school.

P.S. Please give me some information about the Instrument Rating (IR (A))
P.P.S. Can I make my medical class 1 somewhere in range of your academy?

Sergii,

Saab 340 is a multi-engine turbo-prop, so along with IR you must have ME and ME-IR as well as the training on a complex aircaft - with changable propeller piths and retractable gears. This is a complete ATPL rating. In fact, we have not many requests for CPL, only from those who aimed to work in a specific areas , such like the agricultural works, or as flight instructor. But not in airliner company.
We understand that most often this is only a financial reason of not going to ATPL. Thereore we offer the complete ATPL flight traininf for only 19.000Eur. But if to take only a separate block and pay its actual price then the price is higher. In your case if only an IR training and time building up to 200hrs will cost 17.500Eur.
Due to not large price difference I'd suggest to consider to become a "frozen" ATPL and be able to take all work opportunity, not just what fits the permissions your licence provide.

You can pass the medical inspection to Class1,2 in Riga.

Thank you for your reply. And now the last question: need I a a NQF (Night Flight Qualification) additional to the PPL to start the ATPL training in your flight school. Imagine if I would make my PPL in Germany (for me it is easier and cheaper) and after that just come to your academy to continue my trainig.
Is my PPL enough of should I make also the NFQ? Thank you in advance.

Your PPL is enough to start the ATPL theory and flight time building. Night qualification required before you'll start the IFR training. And nVFR - night, you will be able to do in our school.
